Gunosaur
You are the GUNOSAUR.
An elite saurian explorer sent out to remote planets, moons and asteroids to protect and maintain your race's advanced energy distribution network.
A bio-robotic AI assistant named OMEGA posted to one of the moons in your network has gone haywire and scattered the supercomputer's precious crystal artifacts all throughout the cavern system of the moon. It's up to you to find the artifacts and return them to the computer room to restore power to the system.
CONTROLS:
Arrow Keys: Move
Z: Shoot, Interact
X: Jump
Find the artifacts!
Bring them back to the computer terminals!
Watch out for hostile wildlife!
Take them out to collect power-ups...
...collecting power-ups fills up your meters...
...gets you better armor and firepower!
Find keys to unlock doors!
Find hidden, secret items!

Can we get the p8.png file please? I want to add this game to my pico8 collection and play on the retro handheld (rgb30) that will only run p8 carts

This is a Pico-8 game! To play it on your computer you'll need to purchase and download the Pico-8 fantasy console.
If you visit the Lexaloffle website you can purchase Pico-8 and try a bunch of other games for the system as well!

i got softlocked going through one of the doors ... seemed to drop down off the screen to the right into a room and then the screen just kept slowly flashing on and off
Same here.
after dropping off, I see another room, with likely a boss on the left wall, where the room light jsut keeps flashing on and off.
I'd assume you placed a trigger that when going thourhg thst door, a cutscene in another room (that boos room) is played.
and said cutscene is stuck or broken.
